Morris !s Dead!

1937. Torrence, Mississippi. Nasce um negro apaixonado por piano. Cresceu nos campos de algodão do delta do mississippi. Perdeu o dedo mindinho numa maquina de colheita.Parti para a guitarra, um instrumento de uma corda. Em Granada, aos 11 anos, conheceu Magic Sam, "O Veterano". Foi seu mestre, deu-lhe o primeiro trampo de baixaista qdo chegou em Chicago. Em 1966 Morris "Magic Slim" Holt fez suas primeiras gravações. Escreveu seu nome peça primeira vez na história em 1967 ao lançar " Born Under A Bad Sign". Lançou seu último álbum 45 anos depois, chama-se "Bad Boy". Morreu aos 75 anos no dia 21 de fevereiro de 2013.
